Publications and Projects

  • KM Platform & Taxonomy: Designed and then led a team that built and maintained a KM platform to connect end users with the firm's project information throughout the project lifecycle - merging previously silo-ed data sources into a central location and enriching the project information with new fields that captured institutional and tacit knowledge.  This solution was built to capture the project lifecycle.
  • Publication Database & Taxonomy: A bibliographic database solution for the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development bibliography. Previously an approximately 80 page PDF, this database was built with little budget to enable multi-field searching of bibliography, a controlled vocabulary, abstracting, and URL/DOI/PMID linking.  The database was launched in beta just prior to my departure from Tufts CSDD.
